They mark each form and you can&#8217;t download it online. You have to go collect it from their office.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>How to fill in the application form\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>You need to read the application before filling it out. Take your time while doing it. As shown above that&#8217;s the application form and that&#8217;s all you are required to fill in.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Important things to note when filling out the application form\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The important parts to fill in on the form above is section 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7. All questions are very general and easy to fill in. Section 8 is the one you have to really take note of as it&#8217;s the part that needs to be filled in by a police officer.
