  1. Passport – Original Namibian passport or travel document required, must be valid for at least another six months, and must have at least two blank visa pages.
  2. Health Document – All foreign travelers must provide COVID-19 PCR test results no later than 72 hours before departure. When a person is unvaccinated, this is applicable.
  3. COVID-19 vaccination Certificate – proof of immunization for travelers. At least 14 days before travel is required to receive the final dose of the vaccine.
  4. Proof of finances – evidence that you have the money necessary to go and stay in the country.
  5. Travel Schedule: You must make travel arrangements to and from the country and activities you will be doing while in the country plus accommodation.
