When traveling it’s important to pack the right things according to the destination you are visiting and most importantly take note of the season the destination you are going to is in. It’s great having everything you need, then ending up buying new stuff which you already own back home. This is a detailed list of things to pack when traveling to Namibia.

Backpack

You should invest in a durable backpack. A backpack is much easier to carry around it, fits in different types of transportation, and doesn’t take up much space compared to a suitcase. Always opt for a backpack when traveling.

Day Bag

When in Namibia, you will be outside most of the time and it’s not wise to carry your backpack everywhere, instead you can have a day bag that you can use when going hiking, etc. You can use this as your carry-on as well when taking flights.

Handbag or Purse

Try to get a cross-body bag you can use on a daily basis. You can keep your money and tiny essentials in here.

Toiletry Bag

It’s more helpful to have all your toiletries in one bag than to have everything scattered all over your backpack. It also makes it easier for you to carry only one thing when you are going to shower.
